Basil, Tomato, and Mozzarella Pizza

Since we like to visit Italian eateries, I was anxious to throw together a pizza of our own!  We choose a garlic naan, extra-virgin olive oil, fresh organic basil, fresh mozzarella and roma tomatoes.  Here’s how we put it together:

We drizzled the garlic naan with extra virgin olive oil.

We sliced up some roma tomatoes.

We added slices of fresh mozzarella.

We topped it off with fresh organic basil leaves. 

Ready for the oven!  (I broil it on HIGH for less than 10 minutes.  I’m sure you can bake it, too.)

Ready for some serious consumption!

Since I had some leftover ingredients, I decided to make a delicious quesadilla for lunch!

So, I used a garden spinach and vegetable flour tortilla, fresh mozzarella cheese, roma tomatoes, fresh organic basil, and artichokes.

I sprayed the pan with olive oil and threw everything together!

The result – a super delish and satisfying lunch!
